Serve with GSKWR and help build girls of courage, confidence and character!
The goal of the GSKWR Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) project is to engage capacity-building AmeriCorps members that will serve girls in low-income and underserved communities.
AmeriCorps members will be tasked with implementing a targeted recruitment process that yields a diverse and inclusive population of girls and troop leaders and will develop systems and policies that sustain GSKWR's mission of serving ALL girls.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about advocating for girls. They are familiar with further developing a start-up project, are enthusiastic towards helping families and girls rise out of poverty with a systems-level focus and understands how an individual’s social environment can impact their possibilities and choices.
We are seeking someone who has experience working and collaborating with diverse populations, is capable of synthesizing information and requirements from multiple data sources and can maintain and improve multiple areas such as marketing, recruitment, fundraising, and project research/evaluation.
