As a Camp Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day camp experience, support and develop staff, create a welcoming and safe environment for campers, and help bring meaningful Girl Scout experiences to life.
The Camp Manager provides leadership and oversight for the successful operation of Girl Scout Camp Judy Layne programs and facilities. This position blends program leadership, operational management, staff supervision, safety oversight, and community engagement to deliver a high-quality, mission-driven camp experience.
Seasonal Program Factilitator - Central KY
The Program Facilitator brings the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) to underserved and focus communities throughout Central Kentucky, with an emphasis on building meaningful relationships and increasing access to Girl Scouting for girls in grades K–12. Using the mobile experience center (program van), the Facilitator delivers engaging, hands-on programming through preplanned activities, community partnerships, and innovative learning opportunities. This position helps girls develop leadership skills, participate in meaningful experiences, and earn badges and patches while creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. The Program Facilitator also builds positive relationships with girls, caregivers, volunteers, and community partners, serves as an ambassador for Girl Scouts Wilderness Road Council, and supports successful programming through effective planning, communication, documentation, and exceptional customer service.

Seasonal Recruiter - Northern Kentucky Region
A Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for increasing Girl Scout membership within Kenton and surrounding counties by actively engaging with potential members at pre-planned community events (open houses, festivals, etc.) and presentations. This role focuses on promoting the Girl Scout Experience to girls, their families, and potential adult volunteers through direct interaction, engaging activities, and effective communication.
