Ashland Shop Lead - Ashland, KY
The Ashland Shop Lead serves as the on-site manager of the Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road Council Shop located in Ashland Mall. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all shop visitors and supporting key departments, including Girl Scout Programming, Community Recruitment and Engagement, and the Cookie and Fall Product Programs.
Product Program Coordinator - Lexington, KY
Join a team that coordinates one of Kentucky's largest youth entrepreneurship programs! Each year, nearly 3,000 girls participate in our Cookie and Fall Product Programs, generating more than 800,000 packages sold while developing confidence, financial literacy, business skills, and leadership. We're looking for a Product Program Coordinator who enjoys bringing complex projects to life, building strong volunteer partnerships, solving logistical challenges, and continuously improving systems.
This position is designed as a leadership development opportunity. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance in project management, volunteer leadership, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership may advance into a Product Program Manager role. This is an in-person position based out of Lexington, KY, and is most suitable for someone strong in strategic thinking and logistics coordination who finds value in making the connections necessary to reach success.
Community Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator
The Community Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for implementing and assessing comprehensive year-round recruitment and membership support strategies that increase girl and volunteer membership and enhance retention. Develop community partnerships and volunteer involvement while providing a consistent image of the Council’s commitment to Girl Scouts and the community at large. Responsible for volunteer recruitment, member identification, growth and maintenance.
Community Recruiter Lead- Central Kentucky Region
The Community Recruitment Lead is responsible for increasing the membership of Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road within a specific region. They will increase awareness and participation in Girl Scouts by developing relationships with community organizations, corporations, schools, educators, faith-based institutions, and other community constituents. They will build excitement within our communities about the power of Girl Scout Leadership Experience, with support from our part-time and seasonal recruiters covering specific scheduled events. The Community Recruitment Lead is responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting Seasonal Recruiters to achieve Girl Scout membership growth goals across Central Kentucky counties.
Seasonal Recruiter - Northern Kentucky Region
A Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for increasing Girl Scout membership within Kenton and surrounding counties by actively engaging with potential members at pre-planned community events (open houses, festivals, etc.) and presentations. This role focuses on promoting the Girl Scout Experience to girls, their families, and potential adult volunteers through direct interaction, engaging activities, and effective communication.
Seasonal Recruiter - Central Kentucky Region
A Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for increasing Girl Scout membership within Fayette and surrounding counties by actively engaging with potential members at pre-planned community events (open houses, festivals, etc.) and presentations. This role focuses on promoting the Girl Scout Experience to girls, their families, and potential adult volunteers through direct interaction, engaging activities, and effective communication.
