Do you enjoy making food and sharing it with others? Do you want to learn cake decorating techniques? Join us for Bake Fest! Like the traditional Bake-Off, the girls will follow guidelines for their age level to select a recipe, follow the instructions, and make a yummy snack. Unlike the traditional Bake-Off, the girls will get to celebrate baking by sharing their creations with other Girl Scouts, and their desserts will not be judged. This year's theme is "Cookie Fun" and the girls will participate in a cookie decorating demonstration lead by the owner of a local bakery. Each girl will receive a cookbook containing their Bake Fest recipes, and we will be collecting non-perishable food items to be donated to the Hillcrest-Bruce Mission in Ashland.
