Calling all Girl Scouts and Adults for this great Self Defense class! As Rorion Gracie once said, "Self defense is not just a set of techniques, it's a state of mind that begins with the belief that you are worth defending."
Price for this class is $15 per person. This price includes a patch!
Min: 12 Max: 45 (30 girls and 15 adults)
For ages 5 and Up!
Class will begin at 9:00AM-11:00AM at Elevate Academy of Martial Arts (116 North Water Street, Georgetown, KY).
