What are Camp Credits?
Congratulations to the campers that earned Camp Credits for 2025! We know it takes a lot of hard work to make this goal!
Camp Credits is a cookie recognition a girl can earn when she sells 1,200 boxes of cookies. The Camp Credits may be used to cover the cost of Summer Overnight Camp sessions for the Camp Credits recipient.
Note: The Camp Credits are worth $375. Most week-long sessions are $375 plus Kentucky sales tax. Three day sessions are less than $375 and the recipient can choose to come to more than one session or use part for a buddy or an adult for My Favorite Gal. For sessions more than $375 the difference will need to be paid. You can use cookie dollars or Nut Bucks to pay the additional amount or pay by credit card.
Promissory notes are not being used this year and are not part of our registration process. If your camper plans to sell 1,200 boxes of cookies to earn the $375 camp credit you will still need to register her through CampDoc and pay the $50 deposit. After cookie sales are complete, if your camper earns the Camp Credit for selling 1,200 boxes, the $375 credit will be applied directly to her CampDoc account. Any remaining balance will be due by May 31, 2026. If this results in an overpayment, we will issue a refund on the first day of your camper’s session. This updated process of eliminating the use of promissory notes is new this year, and we hope it makes things easier for families. Please reach out if you have any questions.
