GSKWR Staff are thrilled to work in partnership with Common Spirit to host and facilitate brand new, exciting, and meaningful Older Girl leadership events! Help your Girl Scouts get a head start on making a lasting community impact at our GSKWR True to You event(s).
This program aims to set girls up for success by fulfilling the True North Award leadership award - which just so happens to be an eligible highest award prerequisite!
Girls will enjoy a programmatic lunch that caps off the True North Programming with a featured panel of community health professionals! Following the lunch program, Girl Scout Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors & Ambassadors will dive into level-specific planning sessions for their Bronze, Silver, or Gold projects.
Attendees will leave with valuable tools to kickstart their projects, their True North Award pin, and a completion certificate! Custom "True to You" patches will be mailed to participants following the event.
