Juniors (4th and 5th grade): Get ready to move, learn, and have fun through an interactive dance experience. Girls will learn age-appropriate TikTok-inspired dances, rhythm, coordination, teamwork, and basic choreography skills in a positive environment. No dance experience is necessary. Participants will work together to learn routines, practice performance skills, and celebrate creativity and self-expression. Mental health components include discussions about positive self-talk, healthy friendships, online kindness, and how physical activity can improve mood and reduce stress. Girls will leave with increased confidence, stronger social connections, and practical ways to support their emotional well-being through movement.
Mental Health Outcome: Participants will build resilience, confidence, positive relationships, self-esteem, empathy, and healthy coping skills.
