We are so honored to celebrate the achievements of our Bronze and Silver Girl Scout Highest Award earners on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the Scott County Public Library in Georgetown, KY.
Important notes before registering:

Schedule: 10:00 AM Check-in | 10:30 AM-12:30 PM Ceremony. Guests are welcome to stay following the ceremony to socialize and connect with our community.

Event Registration: is open through August 14th.

Fees*: $10 per Girl Scout Award Earner; $8 per guest

Commemorative Tributes: Make your girl's day extra special! Purchase a "Ceremony Highlight" (up to 100 words) for $10 to be included in our program. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If interested, please reach out directly to Sarah Cavin at scavin@gswrc.org for coordination of highlight payment (paid separately from event registration) and details for blurb.

Project Completion: To be recognized at this ceremony, all projects must be submitted to Sarah Cavin (scavin@gswrc.org) by August 14th.

Bridging & Later Submissions: Girls who do not attend this ceremony may still complete their projects by their respective September 30th bridging deadlines and attend the 2027 ceremony.

Guest Policy: each awardee is limited to no more than four (4) guests.

Financial Aid: We believe every girl should be celebrated. If your family is navigating financial hardship, please contact Sarah Cavin at scavin@gswrc.org to see if there may be financial aid available for your highest award earner.
