Visit camp for the day to enjoy a picnic, hike or to introduce your girls to camp.  No overnight stay.

Dining Hall

The Dining Hall seats approximately 90 people.  It has picnic tables and benches and a fireplace.  The kitchen is commercial grade equipment and requires a brief training before using.

Adventure Haven

Has 13 platform tents with 4 cots and mattresses in each tent, a shelter with bathrooms, kitchen, and picnic tables (shelter has electricity), and a fire circle.

Tut’s Hut

The arts & crafts building.  The building can be rented for troop or group use but you must provide your own supplies.  The building has electricity and tables.

Directions:          From I-64:

Take Exit 161 towards Carter Caves State Resort Park on Rt. 60, turn left onto Rt. 182 towards Carter Caves State Resort Park, you will go past the entrance to the park.  Continue for approximately one mile.  The sign and gate for Camp Cardinal will be on the right.

Camp is approximately 96 miles from the Lexington Service Center.
