Maple in Mt. Airy
Girl Scout groups and families will interact with costumed sugar makers from the past. Along the way, taste maple sap, tea and sugar. Join in as we simulate how trees produce sugar and discover how people have tapped into this sugar source over the centuries. Appropriate for all ages! A free pancake breakfast is provided before your program begins. The program including breakfast takes approximately 2.25 hours.
