Booth Sales for Fayette County and Northern Kentucky Area
All locations (places, times, dates) will be listed in SNAP on JANUARY 25th!
1ST ROUNDS:
Troops will log into SNAP between January 25th – January 30th and may submit requests up to 10 slots. Every troop is guaranteed at least one slot. Troops may receive up to 2 of the 10 requested. If all 10 are denied, troops will receive a phone call on January 31st to secure them one over the phone.
JANUARY 31st – 1st rounds booths are closed and SNAP does the lottery. After lottery is run, all troops that did NOT get one slot will receive a phone call to secure one slot over the phone. All others will receive an email and can view on SNAP.
2nd ROUNDS:
Troops will log into SNAP between February 1 – February 5th and may request up to 10 slots. Troops may receive up to 3 slots.
February 6th – 2nd rounds are closed and SNAP does the lottery.
February 7th – troops may sign up for as many as they would like. First come – first served. Fayette Mall will be added into the list at that point since troops must be signed up for another booth sale slot prior to receiving a Fayette Mall Booth Slot.
Notification to troops: troop will receive an email in SNAP alerting them of which booth sales they received.

In Perry County, my daughter’s troop hasn’t heard anything about cookie booths and I was curious what is going to happen if anything. In the past, someone contacted businesses and we drew for cookie booth locations and times.
I’m not sure who your membership Specialist is, but you can ALWAYS contact the Product Sales Department (cmcnerney@gswrc.org) with any cookie related questions!
If we did not sign up for booths during the first round, are we allowed to sign up during the second round? SNAP is not letting me apply for any.

If our troop is not planning on doing booth sales, but we want our daughter to earn the badge is there anyway to get with another troop in the area so we can do them too?
Yes, that is definitely an option! Contact your Membership Specialist and she can probably connect you with someone (although she might have to get the cookie booth listing from the product sales dept.)
